PRINCIPAL
TERRENCE L. PARKER is the founder of Parker Law Offices. Mr. Parker has been engaged in complex litigation, bankruptcy,
business/consumer issues, and the general practice of law.
Mr. Parker earned a Bachelor Of Arts in Communication
Studies from the University Of Massachusetts at Amherst, Massachusetts. He earned a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University
Law School. In his final year of law school, Mr. Parker received the American Jurisprudence Award For Academic Excellence
in Civil Trial Practice and was placed on Deans List.
Since 1991, when he began his own law firm, Parker has a
reputation for success. In 1993, he, along with co-counsel, negotiated a 4.2 million dollar global settlement in a U.S. District
Court Federal case involving the F.D.I.C. At the time, this settlement was one of the largest of its type in the Northeast.
Mr. Parker, again, represented the federal government in one of the largest corporate reorganizations--- In re: Cumberland
Farms. Mr. Parker has appeared on national television program "Real Business."
